Manager, Talent Management & Organization Development

Reporting to the Director of Organization, the Manager of Talent Management and Organization Development is a level two role with responsibility for implementing corporate employee engagement and talent management programs in the VON regional operations and across functions. This includes OD program development in the following areas: performance management, engagement, and succession planning along with leadership development and coaching, education, and delivery.
Responsibilities
The Manager of Talent Management and Organization Development will work closely with the internal learning community of practice, to deliver key programs and drive activities that support the development of a continuous learning culture at VON. This includes facilitating the uptake of an education strategy that includes e-learning programs, professional development, and skills based training.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Adult Education is preferred with undergraduate or equivalent
Organization Development experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in an organization development role and proficient in program development and delivery, using adult education and OD techniques and training tools
Project management experience
Demonstrated advanced experience using computer software programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Time management and strong organizational skills
Superior communication skills with internal and external individuals (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of team
Possession of a current, valid driver’s license, insurance and use of a vehicle
