Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Corporate Inside Sales
Representative in our Imagewear division. In this very
challenging, yet rewarding role, you will be responsible
for promoting Imagewear, its products, and services to
the business community. Using the telephone, you will be
required to develop your portfolio of established
clients in order to increase sales and maximize growth
and profitability, as well as follow up on all
applicable leads that are generated from stores.
Role Accountabilities
Selling
The incumbent will assume responsibility for the
management and continuous growth of an existing,
assigned account base. Key to the role will be the
ability to maximize the client’s potential for the
products and services offered by Imagewear. The
incumbent is expected to explore all areas of an
established client’s business, in order to fully exploit
that potential and achieve significant growth. Part of
this process will involve effective database management
and document production, using Imagewear’s Inventory
Management Systems (iMS) software, in conjunction with
Lotus Notes applications.
Customer Service
The incumbent is a key representative for Imagewear to
the national business community. The prospective
candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills,
excellent initiative, and have the confidence to deal
with all levels of the corporate community, via the
telephone.
Prospecting
Candidates must establish an excellent overview of the
client’s business, in order to expand their current
business base and maximize opportunities within existing
clients (i.e.: sell programs to other offices, depots or
branches, etc). The incumbent will also be required to
possess excellent initiative in their ability to add new
accounts to their base.
Job Requirements:
Experience Required
- Candidates must be knowledgeable with Lotus Notes,
MS Word, and Excel. Knowledge of MS Publisher and
Adobe PDF would be an advantage. All candidates will
be instructed in the use of Imagewear’s iMS
software.
