Provide a high level of administrative support, ensuring quality service and professionalism. May include, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities:
Perform a variety of administration functions including filing, word processing, and mailing.
Answer telephone calls.
Provide cage back-up for BA.
Position will be mainly administrative with some client contact.
Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma preferred.
CSC and CPH completed within 9 months of employment
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver a high level of service.
They will also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
