Oversees and coordinates all activities related to the day-to-day performance of the customer relations unit.
Interact with management and conduct, perform and submit status reports, process improvement recommendations, and problem alerts to management.
Interviews, hires, directs, and evaluates the performance of and necessary, disciplines and discharges subordinate personnel.
Create and maintain a high performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation.
Maintain a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or product to clients, the general public, and other external customers.
Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals, and other literature and with management approval attend related seminars and conferences. Apply pertinent new knowledge to performance of other job responsibilities.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field as well as a minimum of years (5) years of management experience in related field.
Strong knowledge of contemporary business operations concepts, techniques, and practices in a high volume environment.
Excellent ability to develop and interpret performance data and to use this data to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the operation.
Exceptional leadership abilities and professionally interact with customers and staff and at all levels; both within and outside the immediate organizational structure.
Demonstrated experience with team building concepts and ability to plan, lead, organize, control, and direct the activities of a diversified staff.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
