Main responsabilities
Answer calls from clients or greet clients who visit the office and inform them of the different services offered by Disnat Direct, as well as of how the division operates and the advantages they can benefit from.
Participate in the development of training and information sessions for Disnat Direct's existing clients.
Be thoroughly familiar with all types of investments, as well as with the two direct access trading platforms (Ddweb Ddpro) offered by Disnat.
Actively participate in business development and representation activities, such as seminars or promotional events.
Inform clients about the procedures to follow for trading and assist them in completing the various required forms.
Contribute to business development.
Complete buy and sell orders for client transactions.
Provide clients with a superior service at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the field of administration.
Licensed as a registered representative with self-regulatory organizations (licence to deal in options, an asset).
At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
