Our Pro Active search includes the following Position: Property Manager Responsibilities May Include: • Manage a Portfolio of Retail, Office, and Commercial • Relationship building with tenants and contractors • Operate budget, analyze monthly statements, provide variance forecast, operational reporting • Coordination with building management and operations teams and service providers • Conduct site inspections and make recommendations for preventative maintenance • Monitor, coordinate and supervise all work required • Implement cost control and revenue improvements programs • Obtain quotes for renovations and tenant work • Handle contract renewal and approve property expenses • Review marketing and advertising programs • Ensure Systems at all times fully functional • Performance reviews, employee documentation, hires and terminations • Recruit, Train and supervise Employees Requirements may be: 3-5 years’ experience in Property Management Certified Property Designation or RPA Real Estate License would be an asset Experience with operating Yardi Voyager or Yardi Enterprise Understanding of the, Employee Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Fire code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other Government Regulations.
