Job Summary: This position is responsible to continuously refine and improve the quality management system and processes to support product realization needs and customer expectations. This position will support Leduc, Vancouver, Benicia, and Rancho QRCs.

Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for Quality and CIP functions and initiatives at QRC within region to insure site and division goals are achieved.
Support Quality and CIP functions and initiatives within the North American Aftermarket group
Monitor corrective actions and report deficiencies in responses and results.
Be able to perform and coach others in root cause analysis.
Drive internal auditing function to assure compliance of systems, processes and procedures.
Lead advanced quality planning efforts including customer needs analysis, FMEA and development of product quality plans.
Assist Quality Manager in development, implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures.
Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and implementation and monitoring of the supplier improvement process.
Coordinate resolution of internal and external corrective actions.
Provide quality support to functional processes from point of order through delivery, including order entry, design, product development, purchasing, manufacturing, test, and shipment.
Provide guidance, coaching, training and assistance to operations and engineering personnel on quality issues.
Monitor and perform auditing function to assure compliance to systems and procedures.
Identify areas for continuous improvement (internal, external, supplier) and develop improvement programs utilizing quality tools and statistical techniques.
Develop quality inspection plans as required to insure customer purchase orders and contract requirements are met.
