Talent Management at the PMP
Bell Mobility is seeking talented Human Resource individuals to join its Talent Management team for its acclaimed full-time developmental opportunity at the Professional Management Program (PMP) in its state of the art Mississauga campus.
As a Talent Management Associate you will be responsible for the continual development and human resource management of the PMP. Functional engagements related to CHRP include resource management processes, HRIS, policies and professional development of Associates.
Candidates from Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, Psychology, Sociology and Commerce are all encouraged to apply as projects may be customized to the candidate’s strengths and pre-dispositions. Associates and staff come from over 40 countries and world-renowned institutions like Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, MIT and Cornell.
The PMP is a holistic career transition for those with relevant experience garnered from academic, business or personal pursuits. This endorsed program can also meet requirements for co-op and practicum courses of post secondary and post graduate schools. The PMP provides a well rounded development opportunity for careers including HR Coordinators and HR Analysts.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
•
Design and Facilitate
program-wide rewards and recognition curriculum relating to motivation and retention
•
Promote and communicate
all incentive contests and programs to participants within established deadlines
•
Guide
nomination process in consultation with PMP management
•
Monitor,
analyze, adjust and report the results of established contests and incentives to participants
•
Deliver
cross-functional
projects with Talent Management, Program Marketing and Media & Communications to optimize associate performance and satisfaction
•
Draft Policy and Procedures
to increase organizational efficiency and behaviour consistent with program goals of growth, retention, optimization and associate satisfaction
•
Interact
with other Talent Management Associates and cross functional teams to assist in program development while receiving guidance and feedback for a well rounded developmental experience
•
Coordinate
the details, revisions and updates required for any specific project required
360˚ TALENT MANAGEMENT PROPOSITION
•
Engage
in a balanced developmental experience in rewards and recognition deployment with complementary hands-on work within Professional Development, Human Resources Planning, Program Support and Stakeholder Management
•
Applicant Screening:
Screen applicants based on multiple dimensions of education, experience and qualifications, cross referencing against criteria from our applicant survey
•
Effective Interviews:
Perfect your interview conducting techniques and hiring negotiations based on behavioural, competency and case evaluation recruitment practices
•
Stakeholder Relationships:
Identify client needs, deliver on priorities and build strong relationships with key program executive and stakeholders
•
Lifecycle Management:
Coordinate efforts throughout the human resource lifecycle including Orientation, induction, progression and exit management
•
Reward and Recognition:
Execute on and develop further reward and recognition campaigns for associate motivation and extended tenure
GREAT COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS
•
Collateral Creation
for program communication and promotion including the planning and execution of multimedia pieces likes brochures and video testimonials to augment recruitment outcomes
•
Consultation
with Associates through the Talent Acceleration Program, providing essential tips for interview, cover letter, resume and job search processes
•
360 Mentorship.
Receive and facilitate feedback and guidance through our formalized Buddy System, Progression Review and Career Coaching Sessions
•
HR Analysis.
Extract and analyze application and hire patterns from our recruitment database and tools like Google Analytics to enhance and direct future staffing needs
•
Workforce Planning.
Define and address long term program resource needs and implement actions plans to close talent gaps and meet project priorities
•
Strategic Communication
with program alumni to promote lasting relationships and receive feedback on program policies
•
Project Lifecycle Management
processes including department needs analysis and feasibility studies are conducted to ensure initiatives follow project management criteria of time, cost and quality
•
Contribute
to program optimization by building focused, well articulated portfolio analysis of processes including but not limited to reporting and data quality management.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Flexible with accommodating project delivery schedule
•
Advanced reporting , data manipulation and analytical skills
•
Familiarity with HRIS databases is an asset
