As an Estimator, you will confirm, inspect and estimate
damage to all types of vehicles.

Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and confirm damage

according to set guidelines and standards.
Prepare estimates using automated
estimating system.
Review and authorize supplements for repairs.
Settle damage disputes by providing expert
advice and information.
Organize and attend to road duties.

Education

Journeyperson status in auto body repair
Completion of current I-CAR programs

Experience

Five years of bench experience in auto

Experience in customer service or body shop
management is an asset

Special Skills

Fluency in French and English
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of common computer applications
Strong organizational, decision-making
and conflict resolution skills
Must have a valid Class 5 driver's licence
