Responsibilities:
Stantec’s Information Management Services functions as part of Environmental Services and provides data management and reporting capabilities. Our Information Management Services team is looking for a Software Maintenance and Deployment Analyst for a permanent role in our Kitchener office.
We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented and precise, capable of dealing with repetitive work as well as sudden changes. You must be a comfortable working with minimal supervision and comfortable managing a varied workload with multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and deploying EarthSoft software including Enterprise, EQuIS, EDP, EDGE, and SPM
Creating and maintaining projects
Configuring EarthSoft EDGE for field data collection
Importing work plans into EarthSoft SPM and producing reports
Creation of SOPs and manuals for field staff use
Monitoring data imported through EarthSoft EDP Enterprise
Maintenance of user accounts and sites of a mixed EarthSoft Enterprise and Microsoft SharePoint environment.
From time to time data import and peer review of analytical data may be necessary
Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate you possess 2 years’ experience working with EarthSoft software or equivalent data management and/or collection software
You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable working with XML files
Your communication skills are above average
You have experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access considered a definite asset
A degree or diploma in a computer or environmental related field is desirable Stantec - 10 months ago
