Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide guidance and leadership to the Eco-Personnel. Responsibilities include; training, division of tasks; delivery of the Wow! Factor; pick up and drop off Eco-Personnel from designated locations, co-ordinate Eco-Personnel workload; schedule and payroll submission and distribution. This person is a key holder/alarm code holder. Makes recommendations to owner to improve employee and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work/route schedules and payroll submission for all Eco-Personnel
- Pick up, drive and drop off Eco-Personnel
- Training and coordinate division of tasks at each home
- Responsible for completing all residential visits with quality, Wow! Factor and Health & Safety checks
- Proactively communicate with superiors to ensure constant improvement of processes, policies, and satisfaction indexes
- Provide Eco-Personnel with daily coaching based on feedback received from the Eco-Runner
- Contribute equally to the duties required of Eco-Personnel, (wet, dry, beds, etc.) when required
- Replenish and order new product for each week’s work list
- Proactively promote our company and stand united with Mona’s vision and goals
- Additional duties as required by Eco-consultant/Owner
Required Skills, Experience & Abilities:
- Working with people in this capacity for a minimum of one year, with or a proven leadership track record
- Excellent product knowledge – an asset
- Maintain a positive attitude and get the job done; ability to lead a team and develop others
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Basic math skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage people and responsibilities
- Effectively identify and resolve issues, quickly identify the Wow! Factor
- Must maintain confidentiality of all Human Resources and payroll information
- Must be professional and able to meet all timelines and deadlines
- Occasional lifting below the waste – up to 50lbs
- Frequent bending
- Occasional climbing up stairs
- Occasional kneeling
- Occasional pushing and pulling – up to 10lbs
- Ability to identify the Mona Wow! Factor and adapt to Mona’s way of cleaning
