Reporting to the Regional Manager, Measurement and Rewards, the Total Rewards Specialist provides analytical expertise and support in the development and administration of total rewards. This includes agent, site support and corporate compensation and incentive plans for North America, and benefit plans for Canada, in addition to support of the performance management program for North America.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits
- Administers various compensation and benefit programs, including, but not limited to health and welfare plans, retirement plans, interpreting policies/procedures, auditing and analyzing data, determining eligibility
- Maintains files and records for various benefit and compensation related topics, meetings, etc.
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct analysis of survey results
- Prepare position descriptions and assist in job evaluation process
- Compiles and submits periodic reports as required
- Maintain compensation and benefits records and files
Performance Management
- Ensure timely implementation of the Performance Management process and policy for the region.
- Administer and co-ordinate timely goal setting for new hires and annual process for others
- Conduct quality check of Goals through HR / Functional / Site Leadership
- Deliver Performance Management training with respect to systems, policies and processes
- Ensure system usage and compliance for managerial staff and off system performance management for non-managerial staff
- Plan and co-ordinate performance management audits
- Ensure that the Performance Management Process is adhered to as per timelines established by the organization

- Responds to employee questions regarding compensation, benefits or performance management
