Inside B2B Sales Rep - 100% Commission Sales

THE OPPORTUNITY:
PeopleFind is expanding and we are in need of enthusiastic business developers who want to be part of our growth.

We employ a proven sales methodology directed by our Vice President of Business Development.

You enjoy the benefit and convenience of working from your own home.

This position is most suitable for experienced sales people looking to enhance their career by growing your own protected territory based on individual ability and results.

Work weekdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening or weekend research optional.

You can work from anywhere in North America.

Future potential includes becoming a Business Development Team Lead or a professional Recruiter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make telephone calls to prospective companies to identify staffing needs.

Must be fearless - comfortable making cold calls including taking some rejection.

Target calling lists provided (protected territory).

Research company profile data from Internet web sites and various internal databases.

Update internal customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant data.

Follow up by telephone and schedule teleconferences for Vice President of Business Development.

Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be comfortable making 40 - 50 researched dials per day and speaking live with 5 to10 people.

Energetic, enthusiastic and articulate.

100% fluency in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Client centric.

Interested in human resources and the staffing industry.

Some post secondary education preferred.

Access to the Internet.

Long distance calling plan for North America.

COMPENSATION:
100% commission income (no draw against future commissions)

Realistic first year annual income for a new full time person working 40 hours per week is 35K - 50K per annum. Subsequent years should increase by $5,000 - $10,000 per year based on improved industry skill level and repeat business.

Experienced individuals should earn more. People with an established network of business contacts may generate even more volume and commission.

Your investment is to become proficient at our revenue generating process and must be able to carry yourself for the first 3-4 months without a salary while you watch your sales funnel efforts grow and commissions arrive.

Our investment in you is to provide the guidance and the structure through which you can generate a revenue stream for yourself in the recruiting business.
