Reporting to the Head Talent Scout, you will be required to:
Work with the Talent Scouts to coordinate project needs according to the discipline, show in performance, upcoming creation and event cover concerned;
Ensure that needs and expectations are met;
Respond to requests for information from artists and follow them up;
Carry out all the follow-ups involved in coordinating the project concerned until the end of the project;
Begin, continue or complete the casting process so that an evaluation of artists' and resource people's files can be carried out;
Help to implement the new system;
Contribute to the casting process and the Casting data bank by searching for artists and resource people, then follow up on and coordinate how the information collected during the search is processed;
Draw up the cultural and sports events schedules and conduct research to enhance the network;
Write and update artist profiles for external release;
Coordinate information contained in evaluation reports for artistic and acrobatic events;
Coordinate the logistics for auditions taking place in Montreal or on site;
Assume responsibility for maintaining contact with all players from the projects concerned;
Develop video content timelines as needed;
Perform all other tasks related to your duties.
The idea candidate will meet the following requirements:
Minimum two years' experience in a coordination role;
Knowledge of the circus world and disciplines;
General knowledge of the arts world;
Customer service experience;
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
Organizational skills;
Accountability and initiative;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Excellent Internet and document research skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge of Russian or other languages an asset;
