Our client, located in the Richmond Hill area is HOT on the market for an experienced Customer Service/Order Administrator combines with some Inside Sales experience. This long term temporary opportunity is starting immediately and it has a strong potential to progress into something more down to road!

This role consists of handling varied inbound calls in relation to questions, inquiries, updates and/or issues - there will be follow through and follow up calls. A large component to this role is order entry, liaising between the client and the shipping/receiving team and dealing with returns and credit notes . The ability to problem solve along with a key eye for detail is essential to the successful transition into this role.

The successful candidate will have the direct experience in a Customer Service capacity and also experience in Inside Sales with duties similar to the details of the role outlined above. Excellent communication skills, a quick and eager learner and someone with strong technical skills are required. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, professional representative seeking challenge and variety within their role not to mention to work for an exciting, growing organization !
