Citytv Winnipeg is looking for a Graphic Artist/Designer. The position will report to the Manager of Operations, Citytv Winnipeg.
Responsibilities:
Work with Producers and Directors in designing show elements and providing graphic continuity.
Create Graphic elements for use in News and other productions.
Re-create and enhance client graphics for commercial production.
Make recommendations on various designs for Corporate Videos and specialty projects.
Design Icons and logos to enhance the Chyron while maintaining the themes of various programs.
Update software and equipment while maintaining working databases and libraries.
Qualifications
Proven Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
Degree/diploma from a recognized college in design
Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and Cinema4D is an asset.
1-2 years of Broadcast experience preferred
Must be able to multi task and work with multiple deadlines
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to be flexible and work within a changing environment
Must be able to work overtime as required
