The Chef Manager will be responsible for providing leadership in the administration and the management within a large professional food service environment.
Qualifications
Minimum two years management experience in a fast paced food service operation
Chef papers or very strong cooking capabilities required
Strong communication & supervisory skills
Good knowledge of company policies & procedures
Good knowledge of corporate marketing & promotional programs
Good computer knowledge (MS WORD and Excel)
Experience in menu costing, menu planning and food preparation
