We are currently seeking applicants for the following position located in Saint John, New Brunswick:
ETL Developer for Business Intelligence
In this role, you will participate in the implementation of Business Intelligence Solutions projects and support of existing Business Intelligence Solutions, including translating business requirements into technical ETL designs. You will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates of effort, technical design documentation, building ETL code using Cognos Data Manager, unit testing and supporting functional and integration testing. You will deliver solutions that support requirements of the business with respect to scope, data quality and timeliness as well as assisting in troubleshooting in support of solutions already in production.

Requirements:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Software Engineering
5+ years of development experience with ETL tools
Excellent understanding of software development best practices, SLQ, Data Warehouse/OLAP data structures
Strong ability to translate Business Requirements into Technical Designs
Strong written and oral communication skills

The following would be considered an asset:
Certification with Cognos BI tools and Data Warehouse
Experience with Data modeling, Adaptive Analytics Framework, Enterprise Database Management System such as SQL and/or Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft
