HB Group Insurance Management, a member of The Co-operators Group, is looking for a Mailroom Administrator in the Mississauga office.
As a Mailroom Administrator you will be accountable for the coordination and effective operation of all activities of the mailroom on a daily basis, this includes: sorting, coordination and distribution of all incoming mail, faxes, deliveries and courier to departments twice a day, the collection and preparation of outgoing documents. Also, you will be responsible for co-ordination, prioritization, preparation and completion of high volume Casualty Claims files photocopying and assembling of manuals for the HB Contact Centre.
In order to be successful in this position you will require Community College, a minimum of 2 years of related experience, advance computer skills with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Excel databases. You will also need to have accurate keyboarding skills and the ability to type at 40 wpm.
