A major North American passenger service provider is currently recruiting for full- and part-time customer service associates in downtown Toronto. Candidates needed to provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving passengers at terminal counters, the lobby and platforms.
Front-line employees responsible for ticketing and re-booking passengers, handling luggage, assisting special needs passengers, resolving customer complaints and other duties as delegated. They are also responsible for consistently presenting a professional and positive image for the company.
Variable schedules, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, that fit customer demand patterns.
