Our client is a leading Automotive Manufacturer in Canada and is currently searching for an Industrial Electrician to join their team at the plant level during the afternoon shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Electrical trouble shooting
• Installation, preventive maintenance and repair of the plant’s electrical equipment

including stamping presses, PLCs, robots etc

• Provide support for production lines to troubleshoot and repair breakdowns.
• Regular maintenance troubleshooting
• Follow acts, regulations, and codes related to facilities, equipment, environment

protection, and Health and Safety at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Inter-provincial industrial electrician certification
• Bonafide Apprenticeship program preferred
• Safety circuit knowledge and understanding is required
• Must have experience with metal stamping presses
• Experience with progressive presses is required
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
• Hydraulics experience is an asset
• Electrical Transfer System (Gudel) is an asset
• Trump laser experience an asset
