Role Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Force Shared Services the Coordinator is accountable to provide training support to our Recruiting & Development teams.
Main Accountabilities:
Co-ordinate logistics for sales force training schools, meetings, webinars and workshops
Respond to routine departmental email in-box inquires or escalate to appropriate contact for more complex responses
Monitor and fulfill the FC Visits and the Resource Library requests
Co-ordinate collation, stocking and reordering of training materials
Co-ordinate data collection and sharing for tracking on LMS
Develop information management tools using MS Access to store candidate and training school information
Provide effective distribution of recognition awards for our Recruiting initiatives
Process purchase order requests and invoice payments
Assist with year end budget process
Perform additional administrative support duties as required

Proficient with Word and Power Point
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in accessing and processing data accurately
Strong knowledge of Oracle and M2
Knowledge of MS Access
Assets:
Proficient level of understanding of the Career Sales Force
Ability to access data on mainframe
Working knowledge of Advisor Business Centre
Working knowledge of LiveLink
