Position:
Inventory Management

Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion.

Ensure that all merchandise is ticketed and sensored.

Anticipate storage needs and provide proactive solutions to space issues.

Participate in the preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle counts.

Facilitate shipping / receiving department directives in regard to inventories and cycle counts.

Control shrinkage and damage to merchandise through effective use of tools, policies and procedures.

Process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations and incoming / outgoing shipments as per policies and procedures.

Understand and properly execute all paperwork and procedures relative to inventory maintenance.

Client Services:
Ensure highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.

Manage all aspects of the client delivery process inclusive of troubleshooting missing deliveries.

Document all deliveries to clients, track and locate merchandise when necessary.

Store Facility & Systems

Contribute to the maintenance of the store facility.

Support the store with the moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc, as necessary.

Support the operations and maintenance of the store in regard to facility and fixture maintenance, cleaning and repair when required.

Financial

Control shipping and receiving expenses and ensure accurate records of all expenses.

Policies and Procedures

Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as outlined by Internal Control.

Assist with keeping all policies and procedures current and organized and shared with all members of the staff.

Ensure all shipping / receiving files and records are maintained and organized.

Repairs (& Alterations when applicable)

Facilitate flow of repairs and alterations and partner with Repairs & After Sales Services.

Maintain supply of spare parts for in-store repairs.

Provide superior customer service to clients regarding repairs, personalization, store policies, etc

.

(Shipping/Receiving)

Profile:
Education/Experience:
2+ years experience in a retail setting in area of shipping/receiving.

High School degree required, college degree or equivalent preferred.

Proficient in general software that is used by the company (Word, Excel, etc).

Special Skills:
Foreign Languages a plus, computer literacy
