Responsibilities:
Manages client relationships for all new and existing accounts.
Gains sufficient knowledge into all business activities within the client’s business so that Sage Alchemex’s products can be marketed effectively to meet the client’s needs.
Establishes client needs on a technical and user perspective and documents these needs on CRM.
Provides detailed advice, in a clear and professional manner, to clients using or investigating any Sage Alchemex product.
Ensures that the client is familiar and comfortable with the Sage Alchemex product offered by demonstrating product content during arranged and facilitated client demonstration.
Investigates and solves any escalated Support Desk calls regarding client complaints/crises or problems encountered whilst using the sold product in a timeous and professional manner.
Using Social media and e-marketing tools to extend awareness of Sage Alchemex’s Product value proposition. This includes but is not limited to BI Community, Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, email, webinars and any electronic newsletter communication.
Determines the training needs based on the new feature, researches the new feature and develops content and practical examples to be used in various learning aids.
Learns the new products/ features by finding out how to do it and prepares necessary training content documentation (in basic MS Word or advanced MS Excel).
Researches new methods and approaches to delivering product training and learning in multiple ways that will enable a holistic demonstration of the entire product/ new feature in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in training and developing a diverse, multi channel, and results driven sales staffs.
A proven and successful track record in sales and sales training.
Strong leadership, coaching and verbal/written communication skills.
