Our client is recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be relied upon for providing first-line technical support to computer users with computer hardware, computer applications and communications software. The IT Support Specialist is in charge of keeping the department organized and for setting up new users.
Responsibilities:
Provide application support to resolve help desk issues
Document problem areas and capture all relevant system and application information
Recognize and resolve issues that affect end users and work with team members
First point of contact for incident and service request processes
Develop and manage all aspects of IT knowledge, including user manuals and training
Face to face customer service with internal users
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
