Job Description:
Netricom Inc. has a current opportunity for an Office Administrator out of the Saskatoon Office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain all Payroll / Timesheet Entries for the Manitoba and Saskatchewan employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain records of Employee Paperwork / New Hires documentation
- Responsible for invoicing and setup of client contracts for both the Manitoba and Saskatchewan offices.
- Distribute all customer invoices from the both Manitoba and Saskatchewan offices.
- Update accounts payable and enter data into JDE accounting system.
- Create and maintain job files for both Manitoba and Saskatchewan
- Coordinate and communicate regularly the activities of the Manitoba Manager and Project Manager with Saskatchewan office.
- Verify all purchase orders from the Saskatchewan office
- Monitor inventory and the ordering of all office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the managers as required.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of JDE system
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
Experience in accounts payables, invoicing and purchase orders
Must be organized with the ability to multi task
Must have a strong customer service orientation
Pleasant and professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
