Position: Assistant Manager -ATHLETES WORLD
Reports to: District Manager
Location: St. John's, NL

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maximizing the net profit of your store through the management of six key areas:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Maximizing Sales
- Store Presentation
- Expense and Cost Management
- People Management
- Protection of Store Assets
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3-5 years retail experience, with 2 years in a Full time position
- Proven effective coaching and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy, enthusiasm and a passion for retail
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with a sense of urgency, control and professionalism
- Goal oriented, Results-oriented, Customer-oriented
- Initiative and drive to take their career to the top!
