Customer Retention Specialists require one to two years
experience in sales, customer service, collections or
account management. Duties include selling leases and
managing customer accounts. We provide great growth

Position Overview
- Through the provision of excellent customer service,
Customer Retention Specialists promote sales growth
and create longstanding relationships with
customers.
- They maximize store revenues by administrating
accounts and managing collection activities.
- This includes managing account receivables, over due
accounts and write-off percentages to company
standards.
- Key Results Areas
- Maintain weekly store account receivables
- Maintain monthly store write offs
- Maintain weekly store card close
- Ensure pick-up to delivery ratio remains low
Job Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma preferred
- Clean drivers abstract
- Able to be insured on a vehicle
- Prior collections experience with strong negotiation
background preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with financial documents and good math
skills helpful
