Our client, a multinational corporation, is looking for an Assistant to support their Legal Services department. This is a great opportunity of professional who has worked as a Legal Assistant or an Administrative Assistant, and wants to work in an in-house Legal department.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will support legal services and the finance team.
Role and Responsibilities
Organize meetings, conference calls, business trips;
Manages correspondence (phone/e-mail), prepare reports;
Prepare Powerpoint presentations;
Organize and manage files, coordinate documentation;
Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
Qualifications and Experience
Must have 5 years of recent administrative experience in a law firm or other professional environment;
Must be fluently bilingual (written and verbal)
Administrative Assistant at Advanced level with 5 years plus experience
Excel with Intermediate level
Outlook with Intermediate level
Powerpoint with Intermediate level
Word with Intermediate level
Nice to have:
Legal Secretary at Advanced level with 2 - 5 years experience
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: College Diploma
