Our client, a major oil and gas producer is looking for a highly proactive Field Asset Integrity Advisor to be based in Fort St. Johns, BC on a Permanent basis.
Role Responsibilities:
Act as an advisor within the district to ensure compliance with Pressure Equipment, Storage Tank and Pipeline Integrity Management Programs
Perform the duties of an In-Service Pressure Vessel Inspector as defined in Integrity Management Program
Act as a liaison between Calgary, District and Government contacts on integrity and compliance issues
Provide support and input for turnaround planning and yearly budgetary reviews for integrity related activities
Key Requirements:
Technology Diploma in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical technology is preferred
Solid understanding of the applicable codes, standards, regulations and acts that govern the operation and maintenance of pressure equipment in British Columbia
Certification as an API 510 Inspector would be an asset
Experience in a leadership role within production or maintenance
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience in SAP would be an asset
