JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering guest inquiries in a courteous, professional and attentive manner at all times
Answering telephone calls and handling/balancing cash
Balance credit card machine
Follow up on guest concerns and requests
Strong and effective communication with all other departments
Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to the legislation set out by Occupational Health and Safety
Additional duties as assigned by the Spa Supervisor and Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dynamic, self motivated, enthuastic individual who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions
Previous experience working within a Spa environment
Must be computer literate, with experience in MICROS
Professional in presentation and demeanor
Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Must enjoy working in a team environment
Must be willing to work variable shifts
