You will support the credit union’s network service provider and/or management and personnel by

assisting in the administration of Crossroads’ technical and related requirements.

You will provide end‐user support through the installation, maintenance and support of computer

software, hardware and peripherals running on LAN/WAN networks.

You will act as primary contact to answer, diagnose, resolve or escalate technical calls and emails.

You will deploy and administer hardware and software applications, trouble shooting and training for

staff in the use of hardware and software.

You will support in the research, analysis, planning, development, deployment and administration of

technology.

You will manage assets including hardware and software inventory, maintenance agreements and

licensing.

Qualifications: You will possess a Grade 12 education; plus a diploma or degree in a related
