What will you do?
you will manage a business unit, including all operating aspects, people and margin delivery. You will be acting as an owner of Mosaic and always looking to the future success of the organization.
Lead a team delivering on XM services within the Communication and Technology sector
Challenging and manage1-2 Senior Account Managers, 2-3 Account Managers and 5 + Field who ultimately oversee 3-4 coordinators and manager 2-40 Field Reps (Varies depending on program)
Manage all Finances for your clients. Responsible for Margin target delivery. Total portfolio is $6M +
People Development with focus on long term development/ succession planning of more senior managers
High Client interaction focused on long term strategy partnership and program development. You will create relationships at higher level contacts (I.E: Sr. Brand Managers and Directors, VP Sales/Marketing, etc) with the focus on developing and growing existing business.
Effective time management (of self and others)
Client interaction is high - primary contact for National and some regional contacts
Weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reviews end/mid program
Communication - utilize effective communication techniques - balanced feedback
Crisis management - proactively identify problems and develop solutions
A passion for the business development
Minimum 5-7 years of related wireless experience with carriers and OEM's
Experience leading a sales team
Strong business acumen

A management style that focuses on mentoring.
Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Client service oriented
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Proven leadership capabilities within the business and within social circles.
Use of a vehicle to attend client meetings and field visits
University degree or equivalent - business related preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital work environment
must be available to work flexible hours which will include evenings/and or weekends at times.
