Description:
This individual will be responsible for a variety of duties in the warranty department.
The successful candidate will possess previous experience dealing with warranty claims, and be computer literate. This individual will have a strong mechanical aptitude along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be familiar with Finning on-line systems, be a team player, and have the ability to work under minimal supervision. Heavy duty or automotive certification and proficiency in all aspects of the MS Office package will be considered an asset.
Duties to include:
. Processing claims
. Liaison for branches and suppliers
. Technical report writing
. Interpretation of service information to justify warranty considerations
. Ability to gather additional technical information to support claims
. Ability to build strong relationships
. Provide technical assistance with customers and suppliers
