Our Restaurant\'s Concept is designed to give guests an unexpected dining experience in a tranquil setting.We are looking for a talented and dedicated Chef professional who has the ability to motivate, inspire, train, and lead this team to the highest level. Ideally, this candidate will have the following:
Extensive experience managing Back of the House restaurant operations in a medium to high-volume, upscale, full service environment, and have the ability to create at a high level.
Culinary degree, OR Red Seal
Minimum of 3 years in a recent role of Chef
Knowledge and experience working with modern inventory systems and food cost systems, and the ability to trouble shoot/analyze costs
Minimum 3 to 5 years as a Chef in a full service (table service with full bar), upscale/fine dining, high volume restaurant
Must possess strong leadership skills.
Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking.
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
