As a Data Integrity Specialist, you are part of a team in charge of coordinating special technical projects to resolve data migration issues, coordinate archival system changes, recover from disasters at our clients sites (RAID issues, loss of data, loss of functionality, etc) and other long-term projects requiring close monitoring, tight deadlines and, in general, the skills and experience to resolve complex problems.
You are also involved with image archival and its related hardware technologies, database management and manipulation, as well as scripting and automation. The Data Integrity Specialist is a resource for Client Services (PACS Support Analysts and Deployment Specialists), as well as Professional Services (Project Managers and Account Managers).

As a Data Integrity Specialist you will be responsible of:
Manage complex data migration projects. Typical migrations include transferring images within a PACS, to and from 3rd Party DICOM destinations, and tape migrations.
Manage data transformation projects, including MRN conversions, DICOM modifications, and database updates.
Plan and execute PACS unification projects.
Coordinate disaster recovery at clients sites by taking over disaster recovery projects as they appear, as well as documenting recovery scenarios.
Provide consulting for Support Team, including architecture and workflow problems, and major configuration changes, and hardware problems.
Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least two years of professional work experience in Linux administration and technical or customer support experience is required. In addition, the ideal candidate will match the profile described below.
Technical Skills:
Linux Operating System and networking administration
Perl, Python and shell scripting
SQL and databases
server technology and architecture (especially RAID configuration and troubleshooting)
tape technologies (DLT, LTO, DTF, etc)
Personal Qualities:
