Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage system-driven change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.
We are looking for experienced professionals to work on Change Management activities for SAP implementations.
As a Management Consulting Consultant, you will be at the core of understanding and responding to our clients' business challenges. You are likely to be involved in a range of activities from assessing a client's business capabilities to conducting business transformation activities. Responsibilities include:
Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Gathering and documenting client's current business processes, people and technology capabilities and requirements.
Designing, developing and delivering new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies.
Developing communications, training and job aids to support change management activities.
Delivering client presentations and facilitating meetings and workshops.
Managing stakeholder expectations or engaging stakeholders in the change journey to increase understanding and acceptance of the change being undertaken by their organization
Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%.
Professional Skill Requirements:
- University degree in a related field (Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior)
- 2+ years of experience in Talent and Organisation Performance offerings including:
- Change Management
- Requirements/Needs Analysis
- Change Readiness Assessment
- Communication Planning & Management
- Training Design and Delivery
- SAP Experience
- ERP Experience in SAP or Oracle is preffered
- Oil and Gas experience preferred
- Experience working in functional areas of: Supply Chain Management, Plant Maintenance, and Projects Systems is a nice to have
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
