Proven success in sales and business development.
2 yrs + industry experience.
A collaborative style that thrives in a team environment.
An entrepreneurial individual, highly driven, sales oriented, and self managing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong desire to work on a variable compensation structure. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop your own book of business by developing new contacts and referral sources through targeted, strategic initiatives.
Cultivate and get to know clients, their investment and insurance needs, and their objectives in order to deliver appropriate investments and services.
Create financial plans with multiple scenarios, ensuring that the plan created supports the achievement of the client’s stated goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively with other advisors in the organization to create a comprehensive annual business plan that outlines the types of activities you will be involved in and the support you will require. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
CSC and CPH successfully completed,
Life Insurance license, (preferred)
Financial Planning Designation, (preferred)
Completion of a related University degree or College diploma is an asset. Compensation:
