Budget input of leasing assumptions and expenses and estimates of cost for utilities, admin. bldg, % rent and recoveries.
Cost and tax file input, review, corrections including calculations and denominator determination.
Lease administration - lease set up, charge set-up, operating costs exclusion determination, A/R, collections, % rent and utility billings and monthly costs tracking, year-end billings, annual billings for anchor tenant taxes, LYE sales analysis, deposit entry into JDE, tenant allowance payments, annual global updates, GLA updates in JDE, monthly audit pkg.
Providing support to management and head office accounting and legal departments. Includes budgeting, tracking of costs, tenant and lease information, building information, Specialty Leasing pricing and tenant mix.
Requirements: Academic and Experience Requirements:
minimum grade 12 post secondary business courses in accounting
3 to 5 years in shopping centre administration with experience in lease administration, accounting
and credit and collections
must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
management and or supervisory experience
Experience with JD Edwards
Strong computer skills and knowledge in office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Strong accounting skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis
