BST Insurance Brokers Ltd is a growing, well established brokerage and we are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. We strive to provide excellent customer service through friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily servicing of an existing book of personal lines business. In addition to:

Providing support to producers

Providing professional customer service at all times

Processing renewals, endorsements and follow-ups in an accurate and timely manner

Reviewing renewals for adequacy of coverage, which may include remarketing if necessary

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
RIBO Licensed

Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Lines CSR in a RIBO Licensed brokerage

Working knowledge of bothTAMand CompuQuote

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of company portals

Self starter and team player
