Responsibilities

Your job:
Administration Clerk in the Accounts Receivable Department incumbents support the Accounting functions by processing data, providing efficient service and performing routine clerical and administrative duties within established service, production and quality standards.

Prepare, complete and disburse monthly accounting statements

Accurately code all broker statements and record them into the accounting system(s)

Review and distribute daily premium refunds and registered letters

Preparation of reports to provide support to AR team and various other departments

Prepare documentation for imaging purposes

Switchboard duties

Qualifications

Your Skills:
Education: Grade 12 or GED Equivalent

Above average competency with computer software programs such as Microsoft office package

Strong data entry skills

Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed

Effective communications skills with an emphasis on customer service

Minimum three months of administrative and or like experience

Strong organizational skills

Bilingual (French and English) oral and written skills would be considered an asset
