This position provides administrative support to the management office for 1100 and 1250 Rene-Levesque. The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in English and French and will possess excellent organization and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare tenant & supplier correspondence related to special events
Provide administrative support to the General Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Property Manager and the Security team
Organize all filing, mail, archive system and office supplies
Assist with tenant events as required
Manage bicycle parking spaces for tenants (deposit, reservations, follow-up)
Manage bank deposits from tenants
Prepare expense reports for General Manager and Operations Manager
Update JDE and follow-up of tenant insurance coverage per leases
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
Fluency in English and French is required (both written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Minimum 3 years administrative experience in an office environment
Previous experience in Property Management is a definite asset
