The Kelowna Kitchen & Bath Classics Showroom, a modern, progressively designed showpiece with a dynamic sales force has an immediate full-time position available. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Serving customers who enter the Showroom
Processing sales orders and returns
Expediting deliveries and handling customer concerns
Developing quotations and reviewing same with customers
Responding to all phone inquiries
Any other responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience or knowledge of the plumbing industry would be an asset
A flair for design
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Professional demeanor
Computer skills; knowledge of AS400 system and Expert Estimator would be an asset
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
May be required to work Saturdays
