This role will act as a lead on the KPMG Global Mobility program and executing on the Talent Networks strategy to build and maintain candidate pipelines using the Global Mobility, Internal Network, Member Referral and Alumni programs. Role and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Delivering the Global Mobility program for KPMG Canada which includes: development of support materials for the program, negotiating the financial arrangements for short-term moves, tracking and managing of both inbound/outbound assignees, processing of assignee applications, and ensuring that the overall program objectives are achieved. · Promotes and communicates the Global Mobility program. This includes participation in local office presentations, regular reporting on mobility program utilization, and negotiates and processes mobility packages with KPMG global contacts. · Collaborates with the Mobility Support team to ensure appropriate and efficient deployment of the Global Mobility program and continuously developing and implementing enhancements to processes. · Managing the tax, immigration and benefits analysis of all assignments. · Working with our Audit partners to deliver the Internal Career Fairs for audit seniors in each of our major centres. · Partnering with our Recruitment team to conduct a thorough needs analysis of functional recruitment needs and developing strategies and communication plans to build candidate pipelines through the member referral, internal and alumni programs. · Acting as an ambassador for KPMG to ensure candidates are provided with a positive recruitment experience. · Utilizing recruiting technology (applicant tracking systems) for candidate activities through the entire recruitment and selection process. · Providing regular communication and reporting to the Talent Attraction Leader and escalate issues and obstacles as appropriate. At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need extra time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this. Skills & Qualifications A successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: · A minimum of 5 years of Global Mobility experience in a high volume recruitment environment or 5 years of cross border tax experience. · Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. · An understanding of cross border taxation issues. · Success in influencing and providing counsel to executives and in setting and managing expectations as appropriate. · Experience with and a demonstrated use of effective and best in class candidate generation techniques through the use of recruitment programs. · A commitment to delivering high value recruitment service to hiring managers. · A commitment to ensuring candidates receive a highly professional and well-regarded experience throughout the recruitment cycle. · Proficient in using technology including MS Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ideally Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing). · Demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients. · Proven ability to work well in a fast paced, highly demanding, team environment. · Ability and experience to prioritize work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders. · Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands. · An ability and desire to follow processes consistently and to create efficiencies as required. · Superior attention to detail skills.
