Our exciting and very busy public sector client in the London area is in need of an energetic Receptionist/Counter Clerk to provide support in the financial affairs and personal care management of vulnerable clients.

You will provide receptionist services, provide program-related clerical and administrative support services to staff; as well as provide effective front-line customer service to a diverse group of clients, to the general public and various stakeholders.

What we are looking for: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to provide front-line service and perform receptionist functions; Strong organizational and prioritization skills to work in a fast paced, high volume environment; Knowledge of general office procedures to assume administrative responsibility and facilitate the operations of an office; Proficiency with computers and software packages to type and access information on database (using word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail software); Advanced French is an asset.
