POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment. The responsibilities include the following:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Learning UPS shipment rates and features of service
Tracing packages and following claim procedures
Billing and collection procedures
Processing pick up orders
Setting up new customers
Communicating internally with operating centres and other departments
Proving excellent customer service
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
Available to work daily, Monday through Friday
Very strong communication skills in French and English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a call centre environment an asset
