Test Automation Developer - Creative Finishing Products

We are looking to hire an Automation Test Developer to help us support our Creative Finishing products.
The candidate will be working as part of a product development team and will be called upon developing and maintaining automation framework to test the functionality of Autodesk Smoke and Flame products.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and technical skills and a collaborative work ethic.

Develop, integrate, maintain and constantly improve automation frameworks
Build and increase automation test coverage
Collaborate, define tasks and provide direction with development team to integrate automation early in development pipeline
Execute against QA test strategy, test plans and test designs
Provide support to analyze, debug and report software defects found by automation
Promote utilization of automation tools in QA and development pipelines
The candidate we are looking for would have the following profile.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years’ experience in software testing automation or equivalent experience; assigned to developing regression, performance, load and stress tests
Software engineering fundamentals required; experience with object-oriented approach and software design
Knowledge of QA methods, tools and approaches
Hands-on experience using Python, or advance knowledge of Java, Ruby, Lua, Powershell
Unix knowledge and experience, comfortable with a Linux and OSX environment.
Bash/Ksh Shell scripting knowledge
Experience working in Agile development environments
Highly organized, creative and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently
Strong leadership skills
Attentive to details
Quick learner and adaptable
Strong English communications skills. Bilingualism is an asset
The following skills are considered assets:
Experience working with various off-the-shelf automation tools: Selenium, Selenium Grid, SoapUI, jMeter, Sikuli, Robot etc.
Basic Unix System administration and Linux installation knowledge
Versioning system (Perforce, SVN)
Protocols : VNC, NFS, YP/NIS, Packaging Installation (Linux rpm, OSX pkg)
