Ideally, the successful candidate will have some experience (minimal required) in recruiting, staffing, hiring within an office environment, possess excellent communication skills in English in addition to a winning attitude to get the job done right. Recruiting duties include creating and posting ads to attract qualified job-seekers, screening and interviewing candidates, presenting candidate profiles to team members and hiring organizations, as well as building and maintaining good standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.
The ability to learn and perform at the top of your game, plus the skill to multi-task in a detail oriented and fast paced environment are essential. Computer proficiency is required.
