Speedy Communications™ is looking for a Customer Service Representative (full-time permanent) to work in our Speedy Communications Store, located at 240 Botsford Street, Moncton, NB.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and achieving sales targets as budgeted for their assigned territory. He/she will attain sales objectives by developing existing and new accounts and by promoting and selling Speedy Communications™ products and services.
Responsibilities:
Manage key customer accounts for the Moncton service centre & to achieve budgeted sales targets
In collaboration with Service Centre Manager and key store personnel, identify new and existing sales & business opportunities in order to generate new and profitable growth
Develop, negotiate and implement strong partnerships with business partners & prospects
Ensure a high level of customer service through effective communication to the new and existing customer base
Develop and maintain trustful relationships with clients by keeping them informed of key promotions, new products or services, and corporate changes which could affect them
Keeping abreast of new trends in the communications industry
Service Bell Products and services, supporting existing clients and opportunities for new clients (i.e. walk-in customers)
Daily office work
Qualifications:
No experience required, willing to train the right candidate
An experience in the communications field would be an asset
Bilingual is an asset
Result oriented, customer focused and teamwork
Negotiation & ability to influence
Self-motivation, initiative and autonomous
Strong interpersonal & individual/group communication skills
Organization and time management skills
Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint);
Availability to travel in his/her territory (90%)
