Are you a senior HR Consultant or Technical Writer with legal HR policy analysis experience?
Our client, located in Vancouver is looking for a Policy Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be able to analyse their policy manuals, update and make recommendations both on an HR and their industry level (judicial).
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Policy Analysis experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Interpretive and analysis experience
CHRP an asset, relevant education and a minimum of six years experience
Commitment for Jan - March 31st 2013
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential documentation
Ability to use a high degree of discretion
Moderate to Advanced skills in MS Office
This position will offer a negotiable hourly wage.
